POLICE are trying to trace a man they want to speak to in connection with a theft.

Shaun Barney. Do you recognise this man?
Shaun
Barney (39) is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall with blue eyes. He has a lazy
left eye and a tattoo on the back of his neck.
Officers
believe he may be able to help with their inquiries into a theft which took
place in April 2010.
A
woman befriended a man on an online dating website but she alleges that after
he visited her house in Mastin Moor, he defrauded her out of hundreds of
pounds.
Derbyshire
Constabulary understands that forces in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire,
Staffordshire, West Mercia and Warwickshire are also seeking Mr Barney.

who has seen Mr Barney, or knows where he is, should contact the police on 101
