Man arrested for sexual offences at horse field in Risley

At 8.15am on Tuesday June 6 a 58-year-old man from Ilkeston was arrested on suspicion of sexual offences.

He had been seen acting suspiciously at an equestrian property on Breaston Lane, Risley.  After his arrest he was questioned and released on police bail while further inquiries are made.

Livestock and horse owners in the area are asked to be vigilant and report any suspicious incidents to the police using 999 in an emergency or on 101.
