    A man has been charged following a serious assault in Long Eaton.   Warren Riley, 27, of Long Eaton, has been charged with assault and has appeared before magistrates in Derby.   At around 7.40pm on Thursday, May 2, police were called to Buzz Bar, in the High Street, following reports that a man had been assaulted.   The 20-year-old suffered a serious head injury and was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham....

    A WOMAN who sold fake jewellery online has been told to pay back more than £10,000 or face a 12-month jail term. Lorraine Thornley, 51, of ******dale, Ilkeston, was brought before Nottingham Crown Court under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
