Bargain of a tooth brush

Anyone who knows me will tell you I’m always on the look out for a bargain no matter where it comes from. The other month my partner and I were in the Manor Chemist on Tamworth road inquiring about a sell by date on a packet of organic raisins we had purchased there sometime last year when I spotted out of my good eye a large round plastic covered basket with a pronounce sign saying ‘all items better than half price’ rummaging through, as I like to do, whenever a challenge like this is offered, I came across just by chance a pack of two Reach tooth brush’s of the type I prefer [ hard ] I find the Medium and soft have a shelf life of a couple of weeks when used vigorously once a day on my tomb stones. I believe this certain brand of tooth brushes is very expensive to buy single but to find them for sale at half or less the going rate is very rare indeed especially more so when presented in a bubble pack of two. You can just imagine our excitement on finding them, the thought of getting a refund on the organic raisins went completely out of our heads, our focus now was on the price sticker and what that said, we weren’t disappointed when it read one pound…. As my partner struggled helping me up from the lino covered floor I had one hand in my right trouser pocket feeling out for a bright new pound coin that I remembered being given in my last lot of change from the last charity shop we had visited that day. I am pleased to announce that said tooth brushes are performing well even after several months of use, I have secreted one in my Motor Home wash room and the other has a prominent place in our bathroom in a ceramic pot brought from Ikea many months ago. The organic raisins we still have and will be taken back to the Manor Chemist on Tamworth road sometime in the near future….. Bip.

    Manor again

I too use Manor Pharmacy. I have a lot of item on repeat prescription. I ring them up to give them the list of things I want, they take it to the doctor, collect it when it's ready, then deliver the items to my house. Brilliant, but the branch I use is on Tamworth Road in Sawley.

    Good Service

I visited this chemist recently and found I received good and quick service, despite there being a few people already in there when I arrived.
